What You Get
Over $175,000 invested in your training, recording, and launch.
The mentors, resources, and a community to build what you have been working toward.
Professional instruction to refine your craft.
Priority access to studios and expertise that help you perform at the highest levels.
A partnership where you own 100% of the music while getting the resources to grow.
What Makes Us Different
Our mission is to help you build a career that lasts a lifetime. Most artists fail not because they lack talent, but because they lack access. Access to professional training, to the resources that turn good into great, to the expertise that makes sustainable careers possible.
The traditional paths, whether major infrastructure or complete independence work for some, but leave most artists stuck between having support without ownership or having ownership without support.
We built a model that gives you both. Real training, real resources, real partnership, all while you keep control of your work.
Who Is This Program For?
You have music on streaming platforms and people listening to it.
You show up consistently and your audience is real.
You are 18 or older and ready to take this chance on yourself.
Both: signed or independent artists.
If you are serious about making music your career, we want to hear from you.
FAQ
-
June 2026. Applications for our beta test group close January 2026.
-
Very. We accept less than 1% of applicants (only 6 artists in our beta cohort). We're making a serious investment in you, so we take this seriously. But if we're reaching out to you or you're reading this, we believe you've got what it takes.
-
Yes. We know it's a big ask, but here's why:
1. It is incredibly difficult to build authentic connections through a screen. Vocal training, production sessions, collaboration with other artists. This stuff needs to happen face to face for you all to get the most out of it.
2. We’re betting on you. We’re asking you to bet on yourself too. Moving to Atlanta for a year is your investment in your own career. It's you saying, "I'm all in. I'm ready to do what it takes." That's what we're looking for. Artists who are ready to go all in on themselves. -
Atlanta's got a thriving music scene and is way more affordable than LA or NYC. Since you'll need to support yourself during the year, we wanted to choose a city where you can actually make it work financially while still being in the heart of the culture.
-
Intense, but flexible. You choose your class timings and when you hit the studio based on what works for you. We respect that you're an adult with a life to manage. That said, we have monthly evaluations and goals we expect you to hit. You'll have freedom in how you structure your time, but you'll need to put in the work and meet expectations.
-
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Your social media presence is how you're building your audience right now. Don't stop. Keep creating, keep posting, keep connecting with your fans.
-
Nothing. You don't pay us a dime. We invest in you: training, resources, mentorship, and a $100K marketing investment when you graduate.
-
No. Labels own your masters and control your creative direction. We don't. You keep 100% ownership of your music, and you make all the final decisions about your career. This is a partnership, not a traditional label deal.
-
Think of yourself as a brand or company. We take a 35% equity stake in that brand for 10 years, and you keep 65%. Here's what that means in practice:
You keep your masters. All of them.
You keep creative control. We can offer input, but the final call is always yours.
You stay independent. You're not signing your career away.
We invest in your growth. Each year after graduation, we re-evaluate your brand. If you've grown, we reinvest to maintain our 35% stake.
After 10 years, we're done. The partnership ends. You can renew if you want, but by then, you probably won’t need us anymore.
Your success is our success. We only win if you win.

Keep it simple:
A raw audition video – Cover song, phone camera, no effects, no fancy equipment. We want to hear the real you.

A few survey questions
That's it. Takes less than 10 minutes.
-
We have a multi-round screening process. Once you make it past our initial review, we'll reach out for an interview. Final decisions will be announced March 17, 2026.
-
Absolutely! We get it. Life goes on. The program is flexible enough that you can schedule classes around your work/academics. We're not asking you to pause your life for a year. But we are asking you to be dedicated.
-
Cost of living and board during the program is your expense. We'll help you schedule around your work and living situation, but we expect you to handle your logistics.
-
Absolutely not! This isn't one of those "fight for scraps" situations. When you're in, everyone gets the same access to resources, training, and support. It's collaborative, not competitive. The more of you who succeed, the better for all of us. You're in this together.
-
We will not give up on you. Period. We are artist first, always. Which means if you're struggling to hit metrics, it just means you need more time or a different approach. We'll work with you to figure out what's not clicking and get you back on track. We invested in you because we believe in you. We're not going to bail the second things get tough.
-
Of course. This isn't "graduate and good luck." You get lifetime access to the Elephant Room network and ongoing support as your career grows. We're partners remember? We're in this with you for the long haul.
-
Fair question. And we won’t hold back anything in our answer:
The honest answer is, there is no catch!
But we won’t lie.
It's hard work. The program is intense. Relocating to Atlanta for a year is a big life change. You'll have monthly goals to hit. You'll need to balance training with paying your bills. Building a sustainable music career isn't easy, and we're not going to pretend it is.We take 35% equity for 10 years. We're transparent about that. It's how we make this work financially while keeping you independent and in control of your masters.
You have to be all in. If you're not ready to commit, this isn't for you.
But if you're ready to put in the work, we're ready to invest in making sure you succeed. No hidden fees, no gotchas, no fine print that screws you over later. Just a real partnership with real investment and real expectations.
-
Absolutely. Shoot us an email at info@elephantroomgroup.com and we'll get back to you. We'd rather answer your questions now than have you wondering later. We're here.
